GUIDELINES

To be eligible for the Shatter the Ceiling Internship Grant, female applicants must be:

• Asian/Asian American, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, Black/African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Multiracial or Multiethnic (e.g., Hispanic and Black)

• Currently a recent graduate (two years or less post-grad), undergraduate, or graduate student at any accredited, degree-granting college or university in the United States.

Please note that if selected, the applicant must be able to provide documentation from the employer that confirms she will be an intern with the company for Summer 2019.
